This is an extremely abbreviated family tree for LESKAS Seattle, and some of the other LESKAS and Lightning Scientific groups worldwide. This page is not organized hierarchically by seniority, and there are many senior students, and Lightning instructors elsewhere for which we don't have enough information to list here. Nevertheless, this will give you a brief rundown on the LESKAS Seattle members, and some of the other Lighting groups that are currently active in other locations.
It must be noted that LESKAS and LSAI are headed by the Ybanez and Luna-Lema families respectively. The families have final say in which clubs are recognized and which teachers may represent their family systems. Maestro Elmer Ybanez, founder of Lema Scientific Kali Arnis System. Senior instructor of Grandmaster Lema.

Ryan Greene, senior Seattle member, trained with Maestro Ybanez.
Bob Park, senior Seattle member, trained with Maestro Ybanez.
Joseph Gabriel, senior Seattle member, trained with Maestro Ybanez.
Lema Ybanez Kali Sistema Demonstration Team / Sangkil Karasak Group leaders, Maestro Nathan Dominguez, Maestro Bot Jocano, Guro Joey Quiriones. Group was originally founded by senior members, along with Maestro Elmer Ybanez, and Grandmaster Lema.
Academia Tercia Cerrada Cadenilla y Espada y Daga Group leader, Guro Jon Escudero. Trained with GM Lema, senior member of UP Diliman Club. This group was originally known as "Sunday School."
Mandirigman Kaliradman Group leader, Maestro Manolo del Rosario . Trained with Maestro Ybanez, and GM Lema, senior member UP Diliman.
